Well you might try a place called Kooks headers. They specialize in custom built headers for all applications. I will tell you that this company is regarded as one of the best so be prepared so shell out the cash. Good luck with your search!
My first answer would be to check your owners manual...i took the stock CD player out of my 05 impala a long time ago, but other than that, you should look for a band button or anything to that sort, and hold it in anywhere from 3 to 10 seconds. if this doesnt work, just call in to GM and ask them. here is the number to A gm (352)787-6888
Yes. The 352, 360, 390, 406, 410, 427, and 428 are all FE's and are based on the same engine block. I have a 76 F250 4x4 highboy with a 390 and my brother has one with a 428. The engine mounts are the same and the 428(also 427) will bolt directly to your transmission (NP435 or C6). If you have or are building a 428, remember this engine is externally balanced (the 390 is internally balanced) so the flywheel (if manual trans flexplate if auto) needs to be balanced with the rotating assembly.
.032 - .038 if it's a stock motor.
no different bell housing
352
the 352 ci is a fe motor along with the 390 but far as the same no the 390 is a bigger motor more power but will interchange with the 352 list of fe motors ,330 332 352 360 390 406 427 428
According to one of Fords websites : For a 1967 Ford F-100 , 352 cubic inch V8 engine : ( the spark plugs are gapped at .035 inch )
will a 352 fit in a ford ranger
There were a total of 101,096 LTDs built in 1966. As far as I can determine the 352 was not installed in the LTD. If I am wrong hopefully someone will correct me.
The FE 352 cid ford motor has the same external dimension as all FE motors. Pre-1965 blocks (332, 361, 390, 427) have the same motor mounts. After 1965 engines have a different mounting holes, some machining/drilling would be needed, or custom motor mounts.
Ford made them in the 60's for light trucks. Very good engine. Same family of engines as the rest of the FE series.
No it won't. The only transmission that will fit a 390 is one off of 360 or 352. The 390 is a FE block it has a round shaped housing. The 460 Bellhousing fits the 429 351M and 400. All the Ford FE engines: 332, 352, 360, 361, 390, 391, 406, 427, 428 and 534 V-8's will fit the 390
352 098 is, itself, a whole number.
