the whole question is confusing in many ways. of course it won't start without fuel pressure or spark!!! and why couldn't it crank without them??? and how do you know it doesn't have either F.P. or spark if you don't even know why it won't start or why it cranks without fp or spark. no offense, maybe you're having a bad day but i guess I'm questioning your basic knowledge of cars. so it won't start i guess, you know it needs fuel and spark. it also needs compression. a good battery, an engine full of oil and plenty of air to the intake also help. start with that
if you are getting fuel to the motor but no spark and your distributor is good you need to replace the resistor block if it is cracked or not there it will not start and dodges are famous for them also put it in neutral and see if it will start that's what i did to my Dodge and it fired right up.
Is there spark at the plus? is there fuel pressure to the injectors?
cracked engone head.
No you were driving and it quit.and if it cranks it is turning over. check for spark at the spark plugs and also for fuel pressure at the injector rail.
Check the ignition circuit in the Storm. Start by checking the crank position sensor, then the coil pack to find the lack of spark.
It could be the ICM or the pickup module.
Check for trouble codes. Possible cam or crank sensor.
