Why cant you make a YouTube account?

you can make a YouTube account ,, to do it you go to sign up at the top and fill out the form thing and then once you have don't hat you then need to check you emails then once you have an email from youtube you need to cklick on the link and then active you email address

Click Join .

Follow the prompts to enter your payment information.

Click Buy .

To become a You tube Premium member:

Visit youtube dot com/red on your computer or mobile device.

Sign in to the Google account you'd like to start your membership on.

Click Try it free, or click Get You Tube Red.

Select the payment method you wish to use or add a new payment method.

Click Buy to complete the transaction.
