Most children tend to draw in very basic forms... a big circle for a head, little circles for eyes, a curve for the mouth etc. Noses are pretty difficult to render simply. so it is easier just to not draw them at all.
As the child's ability to observe their subject increases their drawing gain sophistication and details. The only other thing that might influence them is if there is someone in their sphere of knowledge who draws well. An artist in the family tends to speed up the process considerably.
Children often draw people without arms as a part of their imaginative expression and developmental stage. It can reflect their understanding of the human form or simply be a stylistic choice rather than an indication of anything being "wrong." Such drawings are common in early childhood and usually represent creativity rather than a specific issue. If persistent, it may be worth discussing with a caregiver or educator to understand the child's perspective.

First, you draw a circle with a cross in it, then you apply the triangles for ears( the way you draw the ears is determined by what way you want him to look, up down left or right.) Add a black oval (nose) and draw a hill on the bottom of it. Again, where ever you want the nose to be, it does'nt matter you can draw it the same way. The eye is a little tricky, because the size of their eyes vary. you draw a small circle, and color it in black, except for a small white circle in the top left, or right of the eye. Erase a part of it from the bottom, like an upside down crecent. The muzzle is small and wide, you should draw a curved rectangle, with a curve to form the mouth area.and normally has black fur just above the nose. thats all I know about drawing pomerainian heads, so I hope this helps.
From the front a nose is mostly shadow. The area across the front of the head where the eyes are should be the width of 5 eyes. Shade, do not draw a hard line that curves from the eyebrow and goes mostly straight down to just above the mouth. The nose flares at the bottom to allow for the nostrils. (remember they are on the bottom of the nose and face more or less down so don't draw them too big, they look more like curves than holes from this angle. Make a shadowed curve to accommodate the nostrils, the outside of the shadow should line up with the inside of the eye above it. Then add a bit of an indent above the upper lip. Use a mirror to see what your own nose looks like and try to make it look similar. From the side you get a good look at the real shape of the nose. it usually indents below the brow bone and mores down in a steady line to the tip. Different people have different shaped noses, look at the people around you and practice what you see. Remember the nose pulls the lips out from the face a bit, so when you draw them don't make them too flat.

To draw a skull with bat wings, simply draw a skull with the eye and nose holes. Then draw huge bat wings on the sides of the skull, where the ears would be.
Yes
Unfortunately, you can't. However, you can use makeup to alter the visible appearance, such as eye makeup to draw attention to the eyes, and foundation/concealer to reduce the shadow effect. Another thing you can do with makeup is contour your nose.
