...good question. I think it's because the company may not have sufficient funds to supply qualitied working space and furnishment. Arts and Crafts are expensive- so it's either they spend their mula$$$ on the stocks or rather the broken-hand-me-down store. It IS Arkansas, that store may be the "red-headed step child".
