Well on my side of view i would say no because people could be taking unnecessary photos or things or people which could cause bullying.
On the other hand some people believe cameras should be allowed to capture pictures of people bullying or carrying dangerous items.

∙ 12y agoi think there should be security cameras in school because if there werent you wouldn't be able to what the bad things the kids did and if they lied about something you would have proof.
i think there shouldn't be surveillance cameras in schools because then people fell they are being watched and it is an invasion of privacy and that would be a juvenile thing to do and we would hate all life and would be very very very mad
i agree with both of you it does invaid kid privacy and it helps stop bullying

yes because in columbine high school students were killed when a terrible tragedy happened. some students who were getting picked on made an alliance. one day they came to school with guns and killed many people. today those people are not alive to tell about it. would you want something like that to happen in your school?i dont think so. this proves two things. 1. if you bully people, they'll get revenge. and 2. if the school had surveillance cameras, they could have found out about the alliance and stopped the plan before it happened. so to keep safety, we need surveillance cameras. and the other person is rite. it does depend on the school sometimes.

IMPROVED ANSWER: In my opinion, i think that cameras should be banned from school. Here the reason why.
1.) Student might take "bad" picture of other student when they did not notice and pose it online which could embarrassed that student. And when that student is embarrassed she/he can think of suiciding!
2.)Student can take inappropriate picture of other student when they are not realizing.
3.) This is a question for YOU!! Why would you need cameras to school any way??
Because this happened before! the school do not even allows you to take a picture with your phone! and you should be glad they let you use your phone during lunch. I don't know if your school allows you to use your phone during lunch but my school does. So PEACE!!

and they can get stopped straight away!
but..
i don't think they should have cameras in the toilets because its privacy!
but i think the school teachers can trust them with out the cameras in the toilets x
that is my opinion i have more but otherwise it will be too long x
