Are you sure you pulled the right relay?
If your 1997 Chevy pickup wipers and washer pump are not working, you might actually have to replace the pump motor or the wiper motor, or both. These motors are not expensive to replace and can be purchased at most auto parts stores.
The fuel pump relay on that 92 Blazer with the 4.3 engine is located under the hood, on the firewall, drivers side, if there is more than one relay there, it's the one closest to the drivers fender.
on the Chevy beretta there are 2 flashers one is right next to the steering column to the behind the plastic dash piece, this is your turn signal flasher replace it and your signals should work.
i had similar problem with 99 wrangler and if its the relay its located in the fuse box.
The continental drift is still taking place.
YES there was and still should be.
I would replace the ignition module in the distributor.
1976 Scottsdale full size box, 4 WD, I paid $5,500.00 for mine, still have it.
The thermal relay may be bad.
Not in the United States. The US versions of the Chevy S10 and GMC Sonoma had their last model year in 2004, and were afterward replaced by the Chevy Colorado and the GMC Canyon. The S10 is still being produced and sold in Brazil however.
check fuel pump relay!!
Check to see if the 4x4 is engaged
check fuse or relay in underhood fuse box,
It would be easiest to just replace the relay first it's only about 10 dollars at the parts store. If you still have problems then try the fuel pump.
try a blower motor resistor
my 99 did this. Theft deterent module/ relay had internal short. Then they also found a short in a wire.
