Any of the following.... Bad battery, bad starter, bad ignition switch, bad neutral safety switch
Spark plugs not producing enough spark. Battery doesn't have enough charge. Old fuel.
What bulb number or which bulb in the assembly? If you're trying to find out the bulb number, see sources and related links below. If you're trying to figure out which bulb, consult your owner's manual or switch on the turn signal in the opposite direction and take note of which bulb position it is.
You will not harm the car as long as you put in a switch to turn the power off after you turn off the vehicle.
Sounds like a poor connection at the battery or starter.electrical connections.
The clutch start switch is bad.you will find it at the top of the clutch pedal

Start vehicle and turn on turn signal and take a look. If the particular bulb you're trying to isolate is burnt out, turn on the opposite direction (side) and see where its located on that side...which should indicate where it is on the other side. It's obvious that you have problems with wiring. I would start from the heater/AC control panel.
Easiest way is to just pull the horn relay.
On the drivers side under the radiator there is a small black knob-like thing that you turn, and it will empty the radiator. Do not turn too hard, it will snap.
