check for fuel pressure, should be around 50 psi. try getting someone to bang on the bottom of the gas tank while cranking, might get it going to determine if its the pump

∙ 13y agoIf it starts good when the engine is cold but starts hard when engine is warm and hesitates, check or change the water temp sending unit. Hope this helps.

I'm hoping that you are not in traffic when you stall the car !! Some ignition switches for instance on VW's, the key has to be turned to the full off position and then on again in order to start. I would find a large parking lot to practice in - get to the point of never stalling before venturing out into the traffic flow.
