In diesel engines, yes. In gasoline engines, not much.
About 6 to 12 hp. But that is still dependent to the type of the throttle body that you will use and with the response of the air flow to the engine. Note that oftentimes, throttle body somehow acts like a carburetor in a non-injected engine.
cat back? 12hp/12ft-lbs.
This isn't a very well phrased question as you could mean how much horsepower does adding a turbocharger produce, or you could mean how much horsepower do you get from replacing a factory wastegate on a turbocharger with an aftermarket one. However, neither of those questions can be answered concisely without specifics of the application.
I would say it all depends on your intake and exhaust system. I run mine with stock headers, nismo duel rai and 60mm invidia n1 exhaust...runs great with stock headers.. remember, just because it is aftermarket does not mean better...
Cc's do not relate to horsepower. Cubic centimetres (cc) is the measure of size of the engine. Horsepower is related to the engines type and tuning.
3-5 horsepower
you wont gain any horsepower, you will just gain more noise
The amount of horsepower you gain from an aftermarket intake varies, on average though you will gain... 5 - 15 HP ...it is VERY rare to see over 15hp from an intake, if someone tells you otherwise I would be cautious.
5-15+ depending on vehicle and type of headers.
Not enough to justify the cost of buying and installing aftermarket cam shafts, at least on a value-per-dollar basis.
It does depend on the engine, but I'd shoot a little higher and say headers will give a good 15-30 hp 3 or 4 hp depending on the engine
by upgrading your engine.
A 2000 RMX 250 has a horsepower of 58. This is based on the basic edition motorcycle. Should aftermarket performance parts be added the actual horsepower of the motorcycle will increase.
Yes. Any type of potato chips, if consumed in high quantities, will make you gain weight.
you get a aftermarket chip... boost horse power.
what can be added to gain horsepower to the air intake of a 2.2L Pontiac sunfire?
Yes It does how much h.p. is gained depends on the type of system you get.
