This isn't a very well phrased question as you could mean how much horsepower does adding a turbocharger produce, or you could mean how much horsepower do you get from replacing a factory wastegate on a turbocharger with an aftermarket one. However, neither of those questions can be answered concisely without specifics of the application.
I have just fitted a Terrano 3.0 diesel into my Double cab and dont have much boost - max 0.2bar. If I override the system and suck on the wastegate servo then boost increases up to 1.1 bar and goes well. Seems like the wastegate is normally open and needs the extra vacuum to close it and provide the boost needed. I havent done any more development , but need to find out if I can get that vacuum needed from the inlet or if the control system is faulty. Maybe yours is doing the same thing. Drew
Simply give as much as you feel comfortable with. If many family members are going, try seeing how much each person can contribute and then give everything that you have come up with.

Give your cat 5 - 10 mg/lb once daily for 5 - 7 days then continue for 48 hrs after symptoms have subsided.
Yes a wastegate can increase horsepower. A wastegate is a valve that controls the amount of exhaust gas that flows past the turbine in a turbocharger which is a device that increases engine power by forcing more air into the combustion chamber. A wastegate is used to regulate the boost pressure created by the turbocharger and to prevent the engine from producing too much power. Increasing the boost pressure can increase the power output of an engine which in turn increases the horsepower. There are several ways to increase the boost pressure in a turbocharger but the most common method is to install a wastegate. The wastegate is used to regulate the amount of exhaust gas that is allowed to flow past the turbine. This can be done by adjusting the size of the wastegate opening or by increasing the amount of pressure being applied to the wastegate. Depending on the type of setup the wastegate can be adjusted to increase the boost pressure and thus increase the power output of the engine. Installing a wastegate can also help to improve the efficiency of the engine. By controlling the amount of exhaust gas that is allowed to pass through the turbine the engine will be able to operate at higher RPMs without having to work as hard. This can result in improved fuel economy as well as improved performance. When installing a wastegate it is important to make sure that the wastegate is properly sized and installed. If the wastegate is too small the boost pressure will not increase as much as it should and the engine will not produce as much power. On the other hand if the wastegate is too large the boost pressure will be too high and the engine will run too hot. It is also important to make sure that the wastegate is connected to the turbocharger properly and that all of the connections are tight and secure. In conclusion a wastegate can increase horsepower by increasing the boost pressure in a turbocharger. However it is important to make sure that the wastegate is properly sized and installed in order to ensure that the desired results are achieved.
A motorcycle turbocharger typically costs between 3000 to 7000 dollars depending on what features are used and what kind of power is needed for your bike.
if the turbo is the factory equipped turbo and not an aftermarket/performance turbo, your wastegate solenoid may be malfunctioning or you may have a vacuum leak somewhere. Your turbo's wastegate actuator is run off vacuum, and it controls boost. If the actuator never actuates, the turbo will make way too much boost. If it is a performance/upgrade turbo, surge is caused by poor turbocharger design. You have to send the turbo to a turbo shop to fix the surge issuehelp@coloradoturbo.com
depends on the engine size
The horsepower produced by a turbine in a turbocharger varies based on the engine size and design, as well as the specific turbocharger used. Generally, a turbocharger can increase an engine's horsepower by 30% to 50% or more, depending on the application and tuning. For example, a small turbocharger may add around 50 to 100 horsepower to a typical gasoline engine, while larger turbo systems can provide significantly more for performance or racing applications. Ultimately, the exact output will depend on factors like boost pressure, engine efficiency, and tuning.
it really depends on what u get if you want a regular turbo or a twin turbo.
The amount of money typically given as a gift for a Ph.D. graduation varies, but it is common to give between 50 to 100 as a gift.
it meters how much fuel is being injected into the turbocharger at max boost around 55psi (low boost) and if there is to much fuel it sets of a warning
This means the the turbo is generating too much boost and is tripping out the engine management.
too much work not worth it. fast car without it.
7.3 l manual is 250 hp and automatic is 225 hp
turbos do not generate torque they compress air by spinning an intake impeller connected by a shaft to an exhuast impeller that is spun by air leaving an engine
