Probably less than when you got it new!The scar tissue is dead tissue, meaning the nerve endings are no so sensitive as they were when you first did your piercing.
Well not much, you need to stay on top of the oral hygiene during the first few days. Keep in mind you have a whole in your tongue, so keeping food and other particles out of the piercing is a good idea. Other than that the piercing should "shrink" fairly quickly (24~48 hours) at which point you can consider easing off the hyper hygiene routine. You may get the odd twinge in a few weeks as the body starts to break down the tunnel in the piercing (some people notice it others don't).
yes they can still close but only if you leave your earing's out for a long period of time i would not leave them out over night until it has at least been 7-8 weeks i got my ears pierced last year so i hope i could help

That depends on your body. Chances are that with a new piercing, it'll close up really quickly. Why not just get a clear glass retainer? Your piercer should have some. Taking it out and putting it back in frequently increases the risk of infection and irritates the piercing.
it can vary but for some people the piercing can close up after having it out for 20 mins so you cant say really :s sorry
no
It depends on the person most of the time a piercing that is stretched to a 0G will close to they original piercing size if you take the jewelery out.
Like any hole in the body that wasn't there by design the piercing will close if jewellery is not kept in the piercing. The speed at which the piercing closes will be dictated by the period of time the jewellery has been kept in the piercing, the longer jewellery is worn the longer it will take for the piercing to close up.
It really depends on the type of piercing and long you've had the piercing.
It depends on how fast your body heals, and how long you have had the piercing. The longer you have had the piercing, the longer it will take to close. This is true for all piercings.

After 3 years chances are good it wont close, the piercing will shrink but not close completely.
Depends on the age of the piercing, the gauge, and just how your body heals. Most do close but they leave scars.
