Probably not. A plugged cat would cause a loss of power and the check engine light may come on depending on what year and model vehicle you have.
Well, he's not really a jerk. He's just a major pervert and an idiot.
It may just be low on fluid.
Do you mean JERK?
I have driven Sables for years and have found if you are moving at a slow speed, maybe decelerating, and begin to accelerate, sometimes the transmission downshifts with a very noticeable jerk and a thud sound. I put 200k miles on a '96 Sable with this happening and never had a problem requiring attention.
NO
well it could be a bad fuel pump, clogged fuel filter, or a clogged catalytic converter, but i would check the fuel filter first, cause that would be the cheapest fix.
yes it will especially when the torque converter is going into lockup
a small evap leak would not cause your car to jerk.
a bod driver
Have your cat converter checked out.
Fuel pump could be shot
It could be a fuel filter or with my 2001 Impala, it was my Catalytic Converter. Is their a check engine light on? Schucks should have a scanner you can use for free to asses the issue. Good luck.
A bad tire can cause your 2002 Honda Civic to jerk while driving. A bad ball joint can also cause this issue.
There are several problems that could cause your car to jerk when slowing down. The most common cause would be a transmission problem.
You could have ignition problems if it is the engine causing the jerk.
