You will need to use a female Bulbasaur/Ivysaur/Venusaur that knows Leaf Storm and then you can use males of either Tangela, Lickitung, Carnivine, Tangrowth, Bellsprout or Victreebel that knows Power Ship and then you can put them into the Daycare and if you get an egg from the Daycare Man then it will result into an egg that will hatch into a Bulbasaur that knows Power Ship and if you're playing X, Y, Omega Ruby or Alpha Sapphire then Bulbasaur will also keep Leaf Storm in its move pool as well.

∙ 12y agoget a male pokemon with the move power whip then breed that to female bulbasaur that knows leaf storm, then when the egg hatches Bulbasaur will know leaf storm + power whip.
