Very easy to do and no parts to break off. It's easier to reinstall if the window is down.
Rewmove the door and window handles, then all of the screws you can find. Then with a special tool, remove the retainers on the sides and bottom of the panel. to get to the speaker you gotta remove the whole door panel. theres a bunch of scews along thr bottom and the side i think then you just gotta pull off the door panel. be careful cuz the door lever gets caught up an theres plastic clips on the back of the panel so try not to break them. once you get the door panel off the speaker is right there in front of you

theres a few screws on the bottom of the door panel. theres a cover on the panels hand rest which you need to remove. the handle on the panel through which you close the door also has a screw. pull it up and you should be set
