A frame story consists of someone narrating events from the past. Therefore, the frame is in the present, the body of the story is in the past, and the end frame is back to the present.

Your question makes no sense. Debtors do not file judgments. Creditors seek judgments and courts file them.
Personal judgments may hurt peoples feelings. But they may also help people fix issues that they are trying to overcome.

A valid judgment will remain on a report for the required seven years. Keep in mind however, some judgments are renewable and can be placed back on the report at the time they are renewed.
Yes, more than likely it will be reentered on the CR. Many judgments are renewable and therefore can remain on a report an indefinite period of time.
You need to show the person you paid the proof that the judgment has been vacated. If they refuse to repay the money, you should petition the court for an order specifically ordering them to pay the money back.
Civil judgments are good for 20 years in many jurisdictions. All you can do is try to wait out the creditor and hope it doesn't move to seize your personal property such as your car or bank accounts. You can't sell or mortgage your real property if a judgment lien is recorded against you in the land records until the lien has been paid.
I don't know if the laws are the same everywhere, but we had to get a judgment against someone and had a lien placed on his house. We were told that if we went back to court before the 7 years were up we could get another judgment against him and keep the lien in place. He's had a lien on his home for over 10 years now -- and until he pays his debt or the law changes we'll keep going back to court. Of course, he owes us a LOT of money. A judgment has to be renewed by the plaintiff at set intervals, determined by law. You can find the SOL relative to judgments for your state, and if the statute has expired, contact the court to see if the judgment has been renewed by the plaintiff. If not, they can't collect.
