For Shading your drawing
The purpose of the pencil invention is to write down letters to form words.
If you are referring to the phrase "To serve a purpose" then it would mean to give a use for. For example, A pencil holder cup serves a purpose to a pencil... the pencil give the holder purpose and that purpose is to hold the pencil. Basically it means, that something has a use... there is a reason/intended use for this thing.
simplify both sides of the equation: 1/3h+(-4)(2/3h)+(-4)(-3)=2/3h+-6 ~ distribute that 1/3h+-8/3h+12=2/3h+-6 (1/3h+-8/3h)+(12)=2/3h-6 ~ combine like terms for this -7/3h+12=2/3h-6 -7/3h+12=2/3h-6 subtract 2/3h from both sides: -7/3h+12-_2/3h=_2/3h-6-2/3h -3h+12=6 subtract 12 from both sides: -3h+12-12=-6-12 -3h=-18 divide both sides by -3 -3h/-3=-18/-3 h=6
to write with.
3h+13 = 7 3h = 7-13 3h = -6 h = -2
To hold pencils
Pencils are graded H (Hard) or B (Black). Hard pencils are best for fine lines (such as a draughtman might use), Black pencils are better for most types of drawing (and for shading in). An all purpose pencil is HB (just in the middle), but you can usually find H, 2H, 3H, 4H, B, 2B, 3B, 4B - and sometimes even higher numbers.
2k - 3(h - 5k) = 2k - 3h + 15k = 17k - 3h
The lid of a pencil, also known as a pencil cap, is typically made of plastic or metal. Its purpose is to protect the pencil tip and prevent it from breaking or smudging. Some pencil caps also have a built-in eraser.
I did, I used the pencil sharpener and made the pencil sharper.
h = -5 8h - 10h = 3h + 25 -2h = 3h + 25 -2h - 3h = 3h - 3h + 25 -5h = 25 h = -5 CHECK: 8(-5) - 10(-5) = 3(-5) + 25 -40 - -50 = -15 + 25 -40 + 50 = 10 10 = 10 CORRECT
The order of hardness goes:9H 8H 7H 6H 5H 4H 3H 2H H F HB B 2B 3B 4B 5B 6B 7B 8B 9B hard medium soft
