Get everyone who hates him or her and then give him news by email saying "tomorrow is wear a bikini or superman jumpsuit 2 school and then hopefully they will, once a bully at my school got tricked by a bunch of nerds to wear a spandex superhero suit by a fake email.

The best way to get revenge is to not get revenge at all. If the bully keeps persisting you, smile, say "That's nice" or something positively sarcastic.

If that does not work, the most dependable way is to tell authorities in school.

However eggs are pretty cheap, about $4 for 12. If he bullies a lot of people he wont know who done it, or if it was just a random event. If he keeps on bullying you, buy more eggs. If this is an ongoing thing which doesn't stop, buy a pack of water bombs, fill them with paint and before you know it there house is covered in multicolored paint. [This might not solve the problem, but if there's on thing I've learned, its that revenge is sweet]

Personally, I got bullied at school. It became so bad that i didn't feel safe walking out the front door without something to arm myself with.

Talk to someone about it.

Make sure they are stopped.

Make friends with an older person.

Threats and promises are two different things, never threaten him, promise him ("accidents happen, its not a threat, its a promise").
