Real "what" exactly? Authentic Pandora beads have a spiral core of sterling silver or 14k gold that twists onto the bracelet. They are also stamped "Pandora". The beads are made from gold, silver and glass from Murano Italy. Chinese "knockoffs" are not stamped Pandora, they do not have the spiral or turned core (like a gun barrel) and they are made of poor quality glass that has not been properly annealed and will break easily under stress or drastic temperature changes, known as thermal shock. Many glass artists make one of a kind glass beads to fit the European style charm bracelets that are even nicer than what Pandora sells. Watch for the term "Kiln Annealed" and you know you're getting a quality glass bead.
Yes, it is possible to find genuine Pandora charms at a lower price through various channels. Look for sales or promotions on official Pandora websites or authorized retailers, and consider shopping during holiday sales or special events. Additionally, check for secondhand options on platforms like eBay or Poshmark, where individuals may sell authentic charms at reduced prices. Always verify the authenticity of the charms when purchasing from non-official sources.
Not all Pandora charms are universal. While many charms are designed to fit on Pandora's signature bracelets and are compatible with various styles, some charms may be exclusive to specific collections or have unique attachments that limit their compatibility. It's essential to check the compatibility of a charm with your specific bracelet type before purchasing.
Pandora charms generally do not fit Kay Jewelers bracelets, as they are designed with different systems and sizes. Pandora bracelets typically have a threaded design that secures their charms in place, while Kay Jewelers may use a different style that does not accommodate Pandora charms. It's best to check the specifications of each brand to ensure compatibility before purchasing.
I contacted Pandora about this same issue and here is the response I received. "Pandora charms are designed in Europe at the Corporate Offices in Denmark. Initially the line was strictly European, but came to the States in 2003. In those 10 years they have increased their offerings of American related charms but currently they do not offer military specific charms." There are a number of knockoffs that fit the pandora bracelette. If you want authentic pandora, some suggestions are the all american glass charm, or the guardian angel which my son picked for his mother prior to deployment.

You can't.
Pandora does not make charms specifically for mother and daughter gifts, but there are several retailers online who offer mother/daughter charms which fit Pandora bracelets.
No genuine Pandora charms will not fit Truth bracelets I have a Truth bracelet and have tried.
No, the Miss Rhona Charms have a very small internal diameter as Miss Rhona is essentially a childrens range of the Rhona Sutton brand and the Miss Rhona bracelets are smaller than an adults standard charm bracelet. The end of a Pandora bracelet is too big for many of the Miss Rhona charms to fit over. I discovered this by emabarrassingly purchasing my niece a Pandora bracelet but trying to skimp on the charms by buying Miss Rhona.
No, normal Pandora charms cannot be used on an Essence bracelet. Essence bracelets are specifically designed for lighter, slimmer charms that are different in style and size from standard Pandora charms. The threading and the way the charms fit onto the bracelet are also distinct, making them incompatible with one another. If you want to use regular charms, you should stick with a traditional Pandora bracelet.
