Get rid of it.
Time will kill lice just don't sleep on that bedding for a couple days or just wash them in the washer
I have never had a baby bunny get lice. Make sure that their nest box is clean, and they hay or straw used for bedding is clean and not all dusty and moldy. I don't think a baby rabbit could get lice easily.
