Assuming that the wheel does not have a stuck brake then the wheel bearing is froze. The wheel might break free by rocking the trailer front and back but probably the wheel will have to be removed and the bearing will need to be replaced.
To free up a stuck front brake caliper slide pin on a 1991 Ford Probe, first, remove the wheel and caliper from the mounting bracket. Clean the slide pin thoroughly using brake cleaner and a wire brush to remove any rust or debris. If the pin is still stuck, apply penetrating oil and allow it to soak, then gently tap it with a hammer or use pliers to pull it out. Once freed, lubricate the pin with high-temperature grease before reassembling.
Build up air, chock the wheels, release the brakes, and hammer on the brake drums.
The cables are corroded. You will need to replace the cables. To free them up you will need to disconnect them from the parking brake levers on both rear brakes.
If stuck lubricate center hub and rap side sharply with hammer--most times this will free it.
You remove the wheels, remove the brake caliper and the rotor is then free .
Change the brake hoses, they get hard inside and won't release pressure, kind of like a check valve.
there is a switch that trip when the brake is pulled. The switch itself is probably just stuck. Its nothing you need to worry about unless the light is just annoying. Another possiblity is that the emergency brake could be partially engaged and stuck. If this is the case you can free it up by getting under the car and tapping it bad with a hammer.
Free Backing brakes have a unique design that moves the front brake shoe away from the brake drum when you are backing up. This allows the trailer to roll free when backing up, but this type of brake has no braking power while backing, therefore, your tow vehicle's brakes carry the entire load.
You usually have to take off the brake caliper, then the caliper mounting bracket to free the rotor.
