The best way to gain weight is to gain muscle, because it weighs more than fat does (plus, it looks better!). Here are some good ways to gain:

  • Eat right -- plenty of lean meat and other protein, veggies, no junk food!
  • Eat more -- not more fatty foods like sodas or chips, but more meat and veg! Try to eat five or six small meals a day instead of two or three big ones, because that way you can get more food without feeling uncomfortably bulgy.
  • Get lots of exercise -- I know, you think exercise is going to make you lose weight, but it's actually going to help do the opposite (remember the bit about muscle weighing more)
