Quads are not street legal, and nothing you can do will make it street legal. It is illegal to drive a quad on any highway, period.
I don't think any quad can be street legal because it has four wheels and because of that it follows the same rules as a car and their are some things that can't be done to a quad that could make it street legal.
No this is not possible this is because an ATV or quad does not meet the height requirements of Florida state highway. This is because a vehicle that short would be hard to see from a fellow vehicle and thus making the situation very dangerous.
a simple full car licence is required
No, They are still considered part of the Street.
In the state of Ohio you can make a dirt bike street legal with some modifications. Your bike will require mirrors, a headlight, turn signals, and a license plate. You are also required by state law to have insurance on any vehicle driven on the roadway.
You don't need a license to drive a quad.Added: But they are not legal to operate on the public roadways anyway.no you just need a licence to drive road legal quads an scramblers no you do NOT need a car licence to drice a quad or a scrambler and stuff like that but for an off road quad or a scrambler you do NOT need a licenceThis vehicle requires no license because it is not street legal, and as such it is illegal to drive on public roads.

It doesn't matter whether it has a number-plate or not - quad bikes are designed for off-road use only. They don't have ANY protection against collision with other vehicles, they don't have regulation seat-belts nor can they be insured for road use. They cannot be legally ridden on the public high-way. Well i live i Montana and you can make your quad street legal. all you need is a helmet and yes you need a number plate. your brakes must work and you have to use hand signals to turn. it may not be the safest thing to do but yes in Montana you can make quads street legal!!
You can have quad bike registration numbers, but only if they're road legal. Most quads' are road legal, e.g. Aeon Crossfire 300.
