Try using a old white cloth, like a t shirt and use an iron on med. Place the cloth on the stain than iron over it until gone... it works

To effectively get rid of mold in cups, wash them with hot water and soap, then soak them in a solution of water and bleach. Scrub the cups with a brush to remove any remaining mold, then rinse thoroughly and dry completely before using again.
To get rid of sweat stains the best thing to do is use a good quality stain remover. It is the fastest way of removing these tough stains.

To effectively remove heat stains on wood surfaces, try using a mixture of equal parts white vinegar and olive oil. Apply the mixture to the stain, let it sit for a few hours, then wipe it off with a clean cloth. Repeat as needed until the stain is gone.
Believe it or not, use art gum. The oil in the eraser will frequently get rid of stains without removing the finish of the wood. Another method is to use the artist's putty eraser. The oils in the eraser will lift the stain with out marring the wood.
