Drain the oil from the oil pan. Remove the oil pan. Unbolt the old oil pump. Reverse the process to install the new oil pump.

Tighten the bolts near the oil pick up screen to 15-22 ft. lbs. (20-30 Nm) and the bolts at the opposite end of the pick-up to 70-106 inch lbs. (8-12 Nm). Install the timing chains, then install the oil pan.
