you need a flow switch, a alarm sounder and a relay based XOR connection. that is based on 2 No 4pdt relays. check the web for relay based XOR command. Jovan Ristov
Hope this helps
If it leaks coolant or the bearing is loose, it has failed.
Low coolant, failed thermostat, failed belt, failed water pump, clogged heater core, etcLow coolant, failed thermostat, failed belt, failed water pump, clogged heater core, etc
That is the water pump weep hole. If coolant is coming out, the water pump has failed. That is the water pump weep hole. If coolant is coming out, the water pump has failed.
A failed seal. For example if the fluid is coming from the water pump weep hole, the water pump has failed.
Low coolant, stuck thermostat, failed water pump, plugged radiator, failed fan clutch, failed headgasket, etc.Low coolant, stuck thermostat, failed water pump, plugged radiator, failed fan clutch, failed headgasket, etc.
The bearing in the water pump has failed and the water pump will need replaced.
Failed water pump bearing.
The bearing has failed in the water pump. The pump will need replaced.
Failed water pump seal or cracked housing.
Steering becomes much harder.
If you have the 2.7L and antifreeze is getting into the oil the water pump may have failed. The water pump on the 2.7 is internal and driven by the timing chain. The other probable cause is a failed headgasket.
Two likely causes are a failed water pump or a failed head gasket.
