Take an ice cream bucket, fill it with about 2 inches of water. poke a hole the size of the diameter of a firecracker into a tin green bean can with a Phillips screwdriver. Place tin can into water bucket, put firecracker into the tin can hole so that you can see 1/2- 1/4 of the top of the firecracker, light the firecracker and get away.
