To make the BB's go faster, all you need to do is lower the weight of the BB. The lowest weight of a BB is 12grams. If you already shoot with that then you probably just have a cheap gun.

He is right about the BB's another way you can increase speed is with a bigger and stronger battery. I highly recomend using Amazon there batterys work fantastic and are cheep as DIRT.
To go along with both of those answers-If you have a bolt action or spring airsoft gun, a spring upgrade from online sites like evike.com or airsoftmegastore.com can increase the speed greatly.
Tight bore barrels can also increase your fps by about 15%. They also make it much more acurate
