I wouldn't advise trying to make yourself ill on purpose but if you honestly felt like being poorly then have a walm drink to pick yourself up:)

Your stomach is a muscle and if you constantly make yourself sick then you stomach will get use to it and purge on it's own and this is serious and you could land up in the hospital. Purging is not the answer to losing weight and NEVER works, but causes a lot of health issues that you are going to have to eventually face and it won't be pleasant.

Quit being lazy and lose weight the right way. The 'South Beach Diet' and 'Weight Watchers' (teaching you to eat right) will help you lose weight and drinking 8 - 8 ounce glasses of water will help flush fat and toxins out of you body. Stay away from junk food and start exercising! There is no magic pill, no magic ideas other than diet and exercise that will help you lose weight in a healthy way.

If you have a weight problem then don't add another problem such as purging (vomiting.)
