In Islam, performing namaz (prayer) after intercourse requires a full ritual purification, known as ghusl. Without taking a bath to cleanse oneself after engaging in sexual activity, one is considered to be in a state of major ritual impurity (janabah) and cannot validly perform namaz. However, if a person has not engaged in intercourse and is in a state of minor impurity (hadath), they can perform ablution (wudu) instead.

Kaza namaz refers to the missed obligatory prayers in Islam that need to be performed later. The number of rakats for kaza namaz corresponds to the original obligatory prayers that were missed. For example, the five daily prayers have specific rakats: Fajr (2), Dhuhr (4), Asr (4), Maghrib (3), and Isha (4). Therefore, if one misses a prayer, they should perform the same number of rakats for their kaza namaz.
To perform Namaz Zohar, you begin with the intention (niyyah) to pray and then perform the obligatory actions of the prayer. It consists of four rakats (units) of prayer. You start each rakat with Takbir (saying "Allahu Akbar"), followed by reciting Surah Al-Fatiha and another Surah or verses from the Quran, then you complete the rakat with the prescribed movements (bowing and prostration). After completing the four rakats, you conclude with the Tasleem (salutation) to the right and left.
They pray exactly as men do, except women cover their whole bodies except their face and hands, just as if they were going out.
