If a Muslim does not read Namaz then, you can not go to his/her janaza, I wouldn't go if some one die and he did not read Namaz.

If you mean by namaz praying or salat, then it is a big sin for not doing it. If you doing it intentionally and knowingly, then your are not considered Muslim.
we will go to heven if we did all our 5* a day namaz
yes what is important in namaz is that in wudu water reach surface of your skin and also keep your make up covered from others while namaz.
By all means, if your Muslim, of course! Namaz (Salah) is one of the most important parts of Islam. It is the second pillar. If you do not pray namaz, you are not considered Muslim. Many scholars say that if a person did not pray, but started to pray again, he or she must say the shahadah again. The first thing a person will be asked about on the Day of Judgement is their namaz. I know many people who are "Muslim" but do not pray. Some people in my own family (actually, most of them) are like that. I pray that Allah forgives them inshaAllah. I know it may seem so boring and tiresome to have to have to pray 5 times a day, but, believe me, it's worth it. I really hope this has helped inshaAllah
If a eunuch (Hijra) is a Muslim by birth or by conversion, so, I think it is obligatory to the Muslim community to offer its Namaz e Janaza (Funeral Prayer), because a eunuch is however a human being and has taken birth from a human being.
