I've always heard it as FiAkermilli, with the accent on the A (as it is in der Fiaker, the cab). But then, my command of German is not the world's greatest. Incidentally, she was a real person, written into Arabella by Hoffmansthal; Emilie Demel, 1848-1889, born in what is today the Czech Republic, and a celebrated singer of Viennese folk songs. There are also some movies about her (die Liebling von Wien or somesuch). She married a cab driver; hence the nickname.
