On a 1994 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme, the thermostat is located in the engine compartment, specifically at the engine's front, near the upper radiator hose. To access it, you'll need to remove the radiator hose connected to the thermostat housing, which is bolted to the engine block. This housing typically contains the thermostat itself, which regulates the engine's coolant flow.
