Did you build up a smaller engine? Does the bike have a VIN and all working signals, lights, brakes, etc.? If yes.....you have to have a policeman inspect it and sign off on it...then you go to the tag office and apply for a title if you don't have a title, and a tag. You will also need to get a motorcycle license if you do not have one and plan to drive it on main roads.
The inspection here in GA runs $10-$15. 49 cc and under is classified as a moped, you do not need to tag those here...but you can only drive them on side roads, not on hwys. I hope this helped. Dawn dawn6463@Yahoo.com
If a motorcycle can be licensed for the street, then the operator needs a license to ride it in any state. A 110cc Pocket Rocket is not legal on some roads in Michigan.
no, only 50cc and lower is
No. It is not legal to drive any kind of bicycle on the sidewalk. You must ride it on the street. You have to register it and be fourteen if you want to take it on the street.
