From your start menu, select "add and remove programs". After the program is opened, wait until it tells you all the programs in your computer. Go down the list until you find the smart shopper program and highlight it. Select modify/delete on the highlighted area and the program will auto delete.
This will not totally remove the computer.

2-open regedit, 2 sides will open in the window
3-click on edit
4-find box will open ender smartshopper
5-delete smartshopper files, I personally could only delete 4 of 5 files, the
first file would not delete
