Pry out the electric door lock trim and disconnect the wire that runs to it from inside the door panel. After the screws are removed, pull the trim at the edges and pop out the metal fasteners. Work your way around from top left to top right. Lift the trim over the edge that runs at the bottom of the window and the door lock button. Disconnect the wire that runs from inside the door to the arm rest-window control switch. The panel will now come off.
