first off all remove the brake then you remove the 4 wheels then cut the fuel line down by about 2 inch then your 4 wheeler is****ed !

you sure can most have a stopper screw on the throttle cover also there is a speed control screw on most keihin three wheeler carbs
take the screw out of the side of the engine it is a medium size screw in the side
