Simple, take the wheel off. Take the two bolts holding the caliper off. Take the caliper off. Slide the rotor off. Take the four bolts off in the back of the wheel hub(bearing hub). Slide the old hub off. Repeat in reverse. About 30-60 minutes to do it yourself.
You will need a 17mm and 22mm socket. I would recommend using a 1/2 drive. You can also get a torque wrench but I got away without it.
