Should be at the end of the upper radiator hose.

Remove old one and replace. Several specialty tools are required. The last step is a front end allignment.

To change the spark plug wires on a 97 Buick LeSabre, first pull the wires loose from the plugs. After these are removed, pull the wires loose from the opposite end and replace them.
The thermostat is located in the thermostat housing at the engine end of the top radiator hose.
I had that problem, not really a fishtail but the rear end seem to be really loose. The problem went away after replace the rear struts.
It is at the engine end of the upper rad hose. Remove the housing and there it is. When replacing it make sure the spring goes toward the engine/
