Get an accountability partner, not some email buddy miles away, but an actual person that'll hold you to what you need to do. Parents/relatives work best.

Tell them what you need to do, and have them hold you to it.

Write down your commitments in list form and cross things out as you complete them. Make reminders (post-its are good) and put 'em on your fridge... dashboard...

I was in the past like you, I neglected my studies and my duties until I found a blog that contains tips and ways to get rid of procrastination.
