To adjust the slack you'll need to loosen the four hub bolts on the rear axle. Then you can adjust the distance of the rear hub with the two adjusting bolts (they're pointing towards the back). Clockwise increases the distance, so creating more tension and anti-clockwise is relieving the pressure and thus bringing the hub closer to the front (you'll need to push the hub towards the front probably).
Remember, there's only so much you can tighten, at some point you'll need to replace both sprockets and chain...
