How do you unlock all the characters in bleach dark souls?

You can get Bankai Ichigo/Kyuubi Naruto without your HP going down by holding "W" while selecting Ichigo/Naruto (NOTE : You can only do this on Ichigo or Naruto.I tried on others but the game froze right there).
