For my experience as a mechanical technican, I'm using a handheld device to program the device, because all american cars have an ended with odd numbers and in Saudi Arabia,the default frequencies is ended with even numbers.

Adjust the wavelenght! The higher frequencies have shorter wavelengths, and lower frequencies have longer wavelengths. Basically, the longer the wavelength, the lower the pitch.
Red and blue work on same frequencies, exchange one for the black one and you will be all set. I did the same thing, the sales people never advised me when I purchased the two together :( hope they will exchange it!
