It is good that you realize that this is something that is not good to do. What you need to do is stop and think BEFORE you speak and use other words in place of the words you want to quit saying. Expand your vocabulary so you can say things in a more intelligent way. Pick a new word to learn every day or once a week and before you know it you will be speaking better and not swearing. You can't change the people around you, but you can change yourself for the better. Just like anything else in life this is a bad habit you can break through effort. I applaud you.
