All you need to photocopy something is to have a scanner. Take the item that you are going to photcopy and place it in the scanner. There will be a button that you need to push that says something like photocopy.

A copier should come with an instruction manual. If you don't have one, contact the manufacturer to get one. Or, there may be a sticker on the copier placed by the company that last serviced the it, the sticker should have their phone number. They may be able to get you one or direct you to the manufacturer.
