The most efficient way is to use lighter fluid, because it actually eats off the glue that remains once the sticker is gone, but won't ruin your glasses!
ok before you do any thing STOP what your doing. Don't try to scratch of the super glue, if you do you will scratch the lens. so soak the glasses in hot water for an hour or two to break down the glue then get a rag and rub the glue off. if it does not work the first time and do process over again. Nails polish remover or hot water. You can soak your nails in hot/warm water and take an electrical nail file and remove it. Or you could be cheap like me and rub it off with nail polish remover. Depending on the nail glue that you used, non acetone nail polish remover usually works the best.
