To replace the switch on a lighted makeup mirror, first unplug the mirror and ensure it's completely powered off. Carefully remove any screws or clips holding the mirror's casing together to access the internal components. Identify the faulty switch, disconnect its wires, and replace it with a new switch, ensuring the connections are secure. Finally, reassemble the mirror, plug it in, and test the new switch.
