In Marshall's, you can find a good quality lighted cosmetic mirror for a decent price of $20. They're much pricier at Target, running at around $30-50.

I bought replacement bulbs from a local large hardware store - they aren't sold as mirror bulbs, but as oven bulbs and they work fine in my Conair mirror.

Practice makes perfect isn't a cliche for no reason at all. Take a lonely Saturday and buy a pack of makeup removing wipes and sit in front of your mirror doing and redoing your makeup. You'll find what colors and shapes look best with your skin and face.
Some online makeup stores are very good in quality and price wise both. If you are looking for cheapest look for Mary Kay, Avon etc. Find coupons online for makeup so you can get the good brands at less price.
Medicine, nightlight, razor, scale and bandages are things in the bathroom. You also find towels, alcohol, jars, Kleenex, deodorant, makeup and a mirror.
Not sure about mirrors but convex and concave lenses are used to treat conditions such as long/short sightedness.
