If the parking lights on a 2004 XG350 won't turn off, it could be due to a malfunctioning switch, a stuck relay, or a problem with the vehicle's electrical system. Check the headlight and parking light switch to ensure it's in the off position, and inspect the fuse for any issues. If these steps don't resolve the problem, it may be necessary to consult a professional mechanic for further diagnosis.

There are a number of reasons why your parking lights won't turn off. There could be a wiring problem in the system.
Of course.
becaus the 2004 Chevy impala does not have automatic lights and they have to be turned off manually
check for short to power in the circuit
Check the adjustment of the brake light switch.
on the back of the car
On my 1996 suburu there is a switch on the top of the steering wheel/column that is a toggle for the parking lights on/off. I accidentally hit it one day while cleaning my car and it took me hours to figure out how to turn the parking lights off...oops that lil switch i never touch got bumped and i didnt realize it.
you blew out a fuse under the hood just change it and it should work
Is the circuit grounding out? Bare, broken, corroded, rubbed though wire?
Bad parking/tailight fuse? Open in rheostat (dimmer switch)? Bad light switch? Bulbs?
first check the bulbs then the curcut then the fuses on the fuse board
