the starter should be under the intake on the back of the motor.
Yes if the wheels are the same size. But make sure you are installing the correct size tires. Look on driver's door post for correct size.

Try to use Toyota speaker adapter plugs so you don't need to cut wires and mess the electric system up. You can get them from Ebay or Amazon.
That's a dealer item. Otherwise, you'll need to get a used one from a wrecking yard.

To change the air filter in a 1989 Toyota Tercel, first, locate the air filter housing, which is typically a black plastic box near the engine. Unscrew or unclip the housing cover to access the air filter. Remove the old filter, noting its orientation, then insert the new filter in the same direction. Finally, reattach the housing cover securely to complete the process.
If you are in one of the northern states I would use 5W-30. I use 10W-40 in mine and I live in the Mid-Atlantic
To change the front brake pads on a 1989 Toyota Tercel, first, lift the vehicle and remove the front wheels. Then, remove the brake caliper by unscrewing the caliper bolts, and carefully slide the caliper off the rotor. Take out the old brake pads and replace them with new ones, ensuring they are properly seated. Finally, reattach the caliper, tighten the bolts, and reinstall the wheels before lowering the vehicle.
